Open houses are held between the months of January and May. We generally wrap up our recruitment efforts by May each year.
All of our programs are usually at capacity with the exception of late summer. The timeline for enrollment coincides with the departure of our rising preschool children. We have guaranteed availability in the summer and fall of each year based on departures of our preschoolers.
To guarantee enrollment, families pay a nonrefundable fee of 1/2 month's tuition when they are ready to confirm enrollment. The second payment is due 60 days prior to the official enrollment date.
If you are not enrolling by November, we have the option to hold enrollment spaces until January of each recruitment year. However, there is a fee to hold the enrollment space. Families are able to utilize part time care between the months of November and December so that they receive the benefit of the care they are paying for.
